Well this week has been bloody miserable training wise. The weather has been awful! The rain has been horizontal and the wind has been cold. However I have trained through even though football training was called off on Tues night!
Monday - 6 mile run around the coast at a reasonable pace.
Tues - 100 Rep challenge in my garage
Wed - 8 Mile run including Lidl hill in an Hour...
Thurs - Day off (Painting Lilia's room)
On Wednesday my new head torch turned up to give me some much needed light for these dodgy Cornish roads.. http://www.petzl.com/en/node/16804
It is very good good, although I was hampered by a massive down poor. The strobe light on it is very good also.
